Hair must be at least 1/16th of an inch in length for sugaring services, but 1/4th of an inch is preferred for your first time. This is approximately 7-10 days of hair growth for most areas, but closer to two weeks of growth for leg hair.
If you are under 18, you must have a parent present for your first appointment.
We will not provide Brazilian services for anyone under 14 years of age, with or without a parent present. No exceptions.
Sugaring is an all natural form of hair removal that is made of sugar, lemon juice, and water. It is never hot and does not damage skin cells.
If hair is “too long”, we will trim it for you to ensure proper length. If hair is too short you may be asked to return a few days later to ensure full removal of the hair and no fees will be charged.
If using a “numbing” agent, please arrive a few minutes early and let us know in advance as your technician will need a few extra minutes to wipe it off before beginning the actual sugaring service.
Please exfoliate two to three days before your appointment. This ensures that excess dead skin has been removed and the process will be easier and more effective your first time.
Cash and individual Venmo/PayPal/ Apple Pay accounts will be used for tipping, we will not be doing credit card tips at this time.
A $100 deposit is required for Full Body Appointments.
A $25 fee will be charged for any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the start time, this fee may be higher based on the length of the services scheduled.
Can’t get in with us in the time frame you wanted? Ask about our waitlist! We book up quickly, but with short appointment times and quick turnaround, things do tend to open up last minute.
